At Mosch Home & eLaser, we want every customer to be fully happy with their purchase. If the product you received doesn’t meet your expectations in terms of size, colour or condition, we offer the option of a return, exchange or refund – provided the following conditions are met.
Our return policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer a full refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and not installed;
Be free from damage (no scratches, signs of wear, deformation, etc.);
Be returned in its complete original packaging, including all accessories and protective materials;
Include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: the following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards;
Custom-made or personalised items.
You may receive a partial refund if:
The returned product is not in its original condition;
It’s missing parts or accessories;
The return is requested more than 30 days after delivery (in exceptional cases only, and subject to approval).
Get in touch with us via email or phone and clearly specify the product you’d like in exchange.
Our team will review the request and confirm both the return eligibility and stock availability.
We’ll send you a return shipping label (AWB) to print and attach to the parcel.
A courier will collect the item and return it to us.
📌 Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including in the case of exchanges.
If the replacement product is less expensive, we’ll issue a credit note and refund the difference to your account.
If the replacement is more expensive, we’ll send a new invoice and the difference must be paid before the new item is dispatched.
Once your return is received and inspected:
We’ll email you to confirm we’ve received the item and to let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Double-check your bank account;
Contact your credit card company – it may take a few days before the refund is officially posted;
Contact your bank – processing times can vary.

Once your returned item is received, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure the return conditions have been met. If:
The product has been used or installed;
It shows signs of damage;
The original packaging is missing or incomplete;
➡ We’ll inform you of any issues found and will do our best to find a fair and respectful solution. Depending on the situation, we may:
Decline the return and send the product back (shipping costs covered by the customer);
Propose alternative solutions at our discretion.
