The shipping cost is 25 ron. At Mosch Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you have two options: return or exchange. Simply return the order within 30 days of receiving it, and we will issue a refund or an exchange, minus the shipping fees. Please note that clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return with Receipt:
Returned merchandise accompanied by the original receipt in resellable condition can be refunded at the original offer. The original credit and/or debit card (if applicable) must be presented for processing the refund.
Returns Without Receipt:
For merchandise returned without a receipt, in resellable condition, a store credit note will be issued. The value of the store credit note will be the lowest sale price from the past 3 months.

Disclaimer: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees for any products returned within the FREE SHIPPING promotion. Mosch Home can arrange to have any products picked up from customers, and any related return shipping fees will be deducted from the refundable amounts. Customers also have the option to ship the products back to Mosch Home after receiving authorization using their preferred courier, but the shipping fees must be PAID IN ADVANCE. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
Delivery
Shipping is free only for orders of at least 500 RON for Mosch Home, and at least 3500 RON for eLaser.
Delivery Costs – Delivery of products through a courier. For orders delivered by courier, the customer will pay, in addition to the order value (if payment is COD), the shipping cost of the products. If payment is made by COD, the customer will also pay the COD fee.
The responsibility for products during shipping lies with the courier. Delivery by courier is made throughout Romania, from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 15:00, within 2 weeks of placing the online order. If these delivery dates and times cannot be respected, the customer will be immediately informed by all available means, including email or phone, and an alternative delivery date and/or time will be agreed upon.
If, upon receiving the package, the customer notices visible damage, they have the right to refuse acceptance by filling out the corresponding sections on the transport sheet. The customer can inspect the integrity and content of the package. If there are any issues regarding the integrity or presence of the products, the customer has the following options:
Refuse full acceptance of the products and return the package to the courier. This option is available until the confirmation of receipt is signed.
Accept full receipt of the products and return any products they wish (subject to the exceptions in this document) within 30 calendar days of receipt.
If there are missing or damaged products, the customer can make a note (in the process verbal created with the courier), and the order will be considered fully accepted, and the courier will not collect these products.
