Returns and Exchanges:

Please Note :  Shipping cost is an estimate based on weight, cost may vary on large or unusual package dimensions. At Mosch Home we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order you have two options: return or exchange. Simply return your order to us within 30 days from the date your order was received and we will issue you a refund or exchange minus the shipping charges. Please note clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Returns with a receipt:

Merchandise returned accompanied by original receipt in resalable condition may be refunded to original tender. Original credit and/or debit card (if applicable) must be presented to process refund.

Returns without a receipt:

For merchandise returned without receipt, in resalable condition, a store credit note will be issued. Store credit note amount will be for lowest sale price in the last 3 months.

FOR ON-LINE FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS Disclaimer: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for any returned products under the FREE SHIPPING promotion. Mosch Home can arrange for any products to be picked up from customers, any corresponding return shipment fees will be deducted from the amounts refundable. Customers also have the option to ship products back to Mosch Home after receiving an authorization using their preferred courier, however, charges must be PREPAID, otherwise returns will not be accepted.

Shipping

Delivery costs – Delivery of products via courier. For orders with courier delivery, the customer will pay in addition to the value of the order (if the payment is cash on delivery) and the transportation of the products. In the situation where the payment is made by refund, the customer also pays the refund fee.

The responsibility regarding the products during the transport belongs to the courier. Delivery by courier is carried out throughout Romania, from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 15:00, within a maximum of 2 weeks from placing the online order. If these delivery dates and times cannot be respected, the customer will be immediately informed by all the means made available by the customer, respectively by e-mail or telephone, and another date and/or time of delivery will be agreed upon . If, upon receipt of the package by the customer, the package shows visible damage, then the customer has the right to refuse its receipt by filling in the corresponding fields on the transport sheet. The customer has the opportunity to check the integrity and contents of the package. To the extent that there are some problems from the perspective of the integrity of the products or their presence, the customer has the following options: – To refuse the receipt of the products in full and hand over the package to the Courier. This option exists until the moment of signing the confirmation of receipt. – To fully accept the receipt of the products and to return any desired products (with respect to the exceptions in this document) within a period of no more than 30 calendar days from their receipt. – In case there are products missing or whose integrity has been affected, the customer will be able to make a mention of this (in the minutes drawn up with the courier), the order being accepted in full and the courier will not pick up these products.
